IMPARTIALITY POLICY

The top management of Awadhesh Assessment Services Private Limited, places the utmost importance on the integrity & impartiality in carrying out the certification process of its applicants. The certification process is based on objective evidence obtained through a fair, valid and reliable assessment free from any bias.

AASPL recognizes the following as potential threats to impartiality: Self-interest threats, subjectively threats, familiarity (or trust) threats, intimidation threats, financial threats or any other kind of threat whatsoever. Our aim is to have a balanced involvement of all interested parties and stakeholders. All personnel shall sign a confidentiality & impartiality agreement by which they commit themselves to comply with the AASPL rules.

AASPL will not keep any direct contact or relationship with the food Service Establishments (FSEs) other than Audit work as a third-party conformity assessment. We will be responsible for the impartiality of its Audit activities and will not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.

AASPL has a process to identify, analyse, evaluate, threat, monitor, document & mitigate the risk related to conflict of interest arising from the provision of certification including any conflicts from its relationships on an ongoing basis. We ensure that all identified risks are either eradicated completely or brought down within the limit of acceptable risks.

AASPL is committed to ensure that the objectivity to its management system activities is always met in its true spirit.  We further ensure that all complaints & appeals are dealt with & processed in a constructive, impartial and timely manner. Management review shall include information related to safeguarding impartiality and demonstrating that all AASPL processes are independent to ensure that impartiality is not compromised.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

We are committed to protecting confidential and/or proprietary information related to applicants; certified clients in accordance with the requirement of Hygiene Rating Audit Agency by Quality Council of India. In the interest of safeguarding the confidential information of our clients and applicant organizations, the management of AASPL hereby declares the following: AASPL will not disclose any confidential applicant/certified clients information unless authorized in writing by the individual or as required by law.

Responsibility
AASPL is responsible through legally enforceable agreements, for the management of all information obtained or created during the audit, the performance of certification activities at all levels of its structure, including committees and external bodies or individuals acting on behalf of AASPL.

Confidential Information
All the information, except that publicly made accessible by the client of AASPL, shall be considered confidential by AASPL, and AASPL shall inform the client well in advance of the information it intends to place in the public domain. Information about the client from sources other than the client (e.g. complainant, regulators) shall be treated as confidential, consistent with the AASPL confidentiality policy.

Disclosure
Information about a client shall not be disclosed to a third party without the written consent of the client concerned. This will not bind the information shared according to the requirements of Hygiene Rating Audit Agency by Quality Council of India. When AASPL is required by law or by authorized by contractual arrangements (such as with accreditation body) to release any confidential information, the client or the individual concerned shall be notified of the information provided unless until prohibited by law.

Protection
AASPL has made necessary arrangements including contractual arrangements at all levels of its structure including the committees and external bodies or individuals who act on behalf of AASPL and has necessary equipment and facilities that ensure the secure handling of confidential information
