POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training is aimed at building awareness and promoting a professional, safe, and inclusive work environment. This program helps employees and management understand workplace ethics, identify inappropriate behavior, and follow proper procedures to address concerns effectively.

With over 30,000+ participants trained across diverse sectors, including extensive programs in corporate offices, the training is delivered through interactive sessions, real-life case discussions, and scenario-based learning to ensure better understanding and practical application in day-to-day work environments.

The training covers key aspects such as understanding what constitutes Sexual Harassment at Workplace, roles and responsibilities of employees and management, and Internal Committee (IC) formation—detailing how to constitute the committee by appointing a Presiding Officer (senior woman employee), at least two employee members, and one external member, along with clearly defining their roles and procedures. With 100+ Internal Committees successfully formed and supported, the program further strengthens organizations in effective complaint handling and maintaining confidentiality—helping create a culture of respect, accountability, and a safe workplace.

HYGIENE RATING AUDITS

It typically considers factors like cleanliness, food safety practices, and adherence to hygiene regulations. The audit aims to inform the public about the establishment's hygiene standards and helps ensure compliance with health and safety standards. We have done audits in more than 250+ food establishments.

BHOG AUDITS

BHOG is an initiative taken by FSSAI under EAT RIGHT INDIA scheme to encourage Places of Worship to adopt and maintain food safety and hygiene as well as convey food safety messages through such places to the people and to be responsible citizen.

EAT RIGHT CAMPUS AUDITS

It involves evaluating and encouraging the availability of nutritious food options, promoting food safety, and fostering a health-conscious environment at campus. The goal is to create a culture of healthy eating among students and staff

EAT RIGHT SCHOOL AUDITS

Eat Right School Auditing aims at creating awareness about food safety, nutrition & hygiene among school children, and through them among the community at large. We have done audits in more than 900+ government-aided schools.
